Today I started a new series of word-cards.
I really do like the way the photograph turned out!
It is a bit hard to translate for me.
In dutch it has more than one meaning.

Yesterday I made these with the stamps I carved lately.
I stamped on silk and sewed a thin layer of wool in between.
Now in my shop!
I treated myself with a little booklet and a set of postcards from dear O L Y. And a few days ago this package came.
It was a little party unwrapping it.
She included many extra’s in cute little envelops.
Love-love-love it!!!
My lovely daughter is a high-speed-drawer. She produces in no time lots and lots of drawings, little books and big books. When she doesn’t look I steel the best parts and than pretend I just came up with a wonderful idea! ![]()
Like this little crown.
When you want to see the drawing my daughter made, go have a look at …en toen en toen…, my other blog!

This morning I experimented with felting. I placed a thin layer of wool in between two layers of transparant cotton. I sewed them together under the sewing machine and than washed them in the washing machine.
I think it turned out really nice. They did shrink to almost half of the size they were. And I like the crinkles all over it.
Now I am wondering how I can use them…
I will continue experimenting with this!!!

I like to make nice envelops for packages or presents I make.
I search in my pile of beautiful magazines or secondhand books from the thrift store for thick paper. I put two pages under the sewing machine sew them together and leave the threads on.
I made this little present for the teacher of my daughter. Today was her birthday-party. It is a stamp and a little book. She can stamp it on the first page of a book, it says that the book is hers.
